The firm’s name was subsequently shortened to Baião, Castro & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados.

At the heart of this project was the objective of gathering under one structure a team of highly integrated lawyers focused in particular on the field of Business Law, a sector in which there was already a recognised and proven professional expertise.

Over time, BCS Advogados grew and evolved to the Dispute Resolution arena, albeit without ever neglecting its founding principles and its emphasis on quality and results.

In 2010, Baião, Castro & Associados, Lotti e Araújo Sociedade de Advogados (Brasil), Allonca Esquível Abogados (Argentina), Adarve Corporación Jurídica (Spain), Abdala & Cia. Abogados (Chile) and Angulo Flores y Asociados (México), have recently agreed to establish a partnership that ensures mutual presence in the referred countries, namely with offices in Lisbon Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Barcelona, Santiago do Chile and Mexico City. This alliance aims at consistent improvement of the ability of the aforementioned law firms to respond to their Clients’ needs for Legal Services in each of such countries.
