In the Urban Planning Law field, the firm is focused mainly on:

  • Assistance, negotiation and formalization of urbanization contracts and execution systems of land use plans;
  • Drafting and accompanying the procedures for the licensing and authorisation of private building projects;
  • Drafting and accompanying the procedures for the licensing of industrial or tourism projects.
